Use All of Your CSA Vegetables




A lunch Picture from a CSA member! 

Rice: Brown Rice with garlic scapes 

Tofu: Teriyakii sauce with CSA tomatoes, onions and homemade sofrito ( CSA green peppers, CSA heirloom tomatoes, CSA onions, garlic and cilantro in the blender).....Sauted the Tofu first, add sofrito and then the vegetables: CSA zucchini, CSA tomatoes, CSA broccoli .

Cheakpeas: Add the same sofrito, CSA Zucchini, CSA Kale and CSA broccoli

Drink: Lemonade with 100% honey and peppermint leafs.
