Organic Protein Shake with CSA Fruits Recipe

After every workout I make a nice organic shake and since this is the first fruit share week, I will like to share with you a protein shake recipe I make every morning after my workout. I use blueberries from the CSA. 

I called it: Organic Protein Shake! 
You can add any fruits you like, but this is what I had on the fridge today: 
1. 8  CSA blueberries
2.  5 or more strawberries
3.  One apple
4. Organic raw protein formula powder 
5. Organic Soy milk (you can also use any type of milk)

If you like add some ice.
